SO THIS GUY GOES FOR A WALK

I would have to say that Ray Bradbury wrote "The Pedestrian" to show how basically modern technology can effect the future, with techonology people lack imagination. I found it sad in a way because nowadays I see people glued to their phone, even me. :( I literally feel like having a panic attack if I don't have my phone in my pocket and I forget that I didn't bring it. It super sad how this is a real sneak peak in the future. The character Leonard Mead is a person who enjoys the simple things in life, you know what I mean? He never misses a nightly walk to enjoy the fresh air. Mead is a person who wouldn't really follow today's trend, he loves life for what it is, it is like his bringing the past back. Someting else is that he seems to be the only person who is actually "living", I say this because Leonard never ever saw anyone else on his evening walks.
